Replace your 3-way pickup selector switch with a Panning potentiometer. Instead of having only fixed positions of the switch, Panning potentiometer seamlessly transitions between the two.

This pot is designed in a Mini Size, perfect for installations in compact control cavities. The nut size is M7, deviating from the usual M8 standard.

TIP: Some potentiometers may have a locator tab on the top side, which can be clipped off if it interferes with installation.

What is a Panning potentiometer?

A Panning potentiometer, also known as a mixing potentiometer, consists of two identical linear potentiometer bodies stacked together and sharing the same shaft. This design is excellent for smoothly controlling and blending signals from two sources, seamlessly transitioning from one source to another.

An example use is panning between the Left and Right channels in stereo or transitioning from the Bridge pickup to the Neck pickup.
