What Are SUPER Q® Jewelry Saw Blades?

SUPER Q jewelry saw blades have set a new standard in the industry, guaranteeing superior results. The special production process optimizes the properties of the steel, achieving maximum blade sharpness. These blades are considered the best worldwide, offering:

  • Rounded back with advanced alloying
  • Exceptional sharpness
  • High flexibility
  • Precision cutting
  • Quality endorsed by professionals globally
  • Extended lifespan

SUPER Q blades reduce wear and tear during cutting and are less likely to break due to their flexibility. Their optimized tooth grinding angle ensures they stay sharp longer.

How to Install the Saw Blade

On a jeweler's saw, cutting is done on the pull stroke, so ensure the teeth point towards the handle.

After mounting the blade and securing both end bolts, the blade might still feel loose. A loose blade won't cut properly and can break. To fix this, loosen the adjustable bow's bolt, press the bow with your thumb to stretch the blade, and then tighten the bolt. You should feel the blade is taut.

When cutting, avoid applying too much pressure. Let the blade's sharp teeth and gravity do the work.
